1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SkuulAI website, software, or computer vision services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a school, educational trust, or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Scope of Services

SkuulAI provides intelligent camera integration software for attendance logging, perimeter and hallway safety monitoring, and student transit management. Institutional users are responsible for maintaining hardware compatibility and ensuring required local authorizations for on-campus video capture.

3. Acceptable Use & Account Integrity

Administrators must maintain the confidentiality of system credentials and immediately notify SkuulAI of any unauthorized account activity. SkuulAI software may only be deployed in compliant educational environments in accordance with applicable student privacy regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, interfaces, and branding associated with SkuulAI are the proprietary property of SkuulAI and its licensors. Schools retain ownership of their proprietary institutional records and visual footage.
