SkuulAI processes video streams generated by on-campus camera infrastructure integrated by participating educational institutions. Data processed may include:
- Visual facial embeddings for real-time attendance verification.
- Timestamped entry/exit logs at monitored school gates and classrooms.
- School bus location, driver telematics, and passenger boarding logs.
- Authorized guardian and staff contact credentials for alert notifications.
3. On-Premise & Edge Security Architecture
Our vision models process video streams at the local network edge or dedicated secure on-premise servers. SkuulAI does not sell, lease, or monetize personal student biometric records or video recordings to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
4. Data Protection & Compliance
All data transmitted between school servers and SkuulAI management dashboards is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 at rest. Access is governed by strict role-based access control (RBAC).
